Church and Community Assistance Program, INC.(CCAP) is a one-stop facility for any individual and/or family in need.
Our vision is to enhance the lives of the individuals we serve by helping them achieve their highest potential by breaking the reoccurring cycle that keeps them from achieving change. We connect the Church to the Community to relevant resources. We ensure that everyone is individually assessed, in a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment.

Our Mission is to aid and assist individuals and their families to achieve self-sufficiency by effectively supporting them with the issues at rise that keep them from advancing.
How Do We Help?
We connect Churches to the Community for relevant resources. We address their physical, emotional, & spiritual needs during their transitional process with timely, reliable, and relevant resources.
Who Helps To Make Our Mission Possible?
At CCAP we serve side by side with over 20+ Local Registered Partners to provide altering and life-changing Case Management services.
Our goal for the Community?
We believe every person is IMPORTANT to God and to us, and our goal is to represent his kingdom by bringing hope, love, care, and unity, into our community to help individuals come out of their hardships.
