Church and Community Assistance Program, INC.(CCAP) is a one-stop facility for any individual and/or family in need.

Our vision is to enhance the lives of the individuals we serve by helping them achieve their highest potential by breaking the reoccurring cycle that keeps them from achieving change. We connect the Church to the Community to relevant resources. We ensure that everyone is individually assessed, in a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment.
