Our Story

Born from personal experience with homelessness, CCAP has grown from a single person’s compassion into Osceola County’s trusted beacon of home for countless citizens.

A Personal Mission

CCAP was founded by Olga Gonzalez in 1999, born from her personal experience with homelessness and deep understanding of what families in crisis truly need.

Having faced homelessness herself, Olga understood that effective assistance requires more than just temporary relief—it demands dignity, respect, and comprehensive support that addresses root causes while meeting immediate needs.

Today, as a former elected government executive serving in Kissimmee and Osceola, CCAP's founder, Olga continues to champion the vulnerable, ensuring CCAP remains true to its mission of transforming lives through faith-based community action.

“Having experienced homelessness myself, I know what it feels like to need help. CCAP exists to ensure no family faces crisis alone—we serve with love, dignity, and hope."

- Olga Gonzalez, Founder & former elected Kissimmee City Commissioner
